What to include in a support message

Tell us which page you used, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For a conversion problem, include the selected output width, block palette, export format, Minecraft edition, browser, and device type. You may attach a screenshot of the result, but please do not send private or sensitive images.

Images selected in the generator are processed locally and are not uploaded to us. That means we cannot retrieve your source image or inspect a failed conversion unless you choose to describe the issue or send a suitable test image yourself.

Privacy, copyright, and advertising questions

Use the same address for privacy requests, copyright concerns, or questions about advertising on the site. Put the topic in the subject line and include the exact page URL so we can investigate the right content. Do not email passwords, account credentials, payment details, or government ID.

BlockMosaic is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. We cannot help with Minecraft account access, purchases, server moderation, or official game support.
